SHIPPING: Items are shipped 1-2 days from day of payment and tracking information uploaded to website order once completed ( You will receive an email advising the order has been shipped and tracking information) Please note we ship all items through Australia Post and we ship according to the shipping method chosen by yourself in the checkout. Once we have posted the item in the manner requested we are not held responsible if Australia Post does not deliver the item in the required time frame. If you experience any issues with the arrival of your order and are unable to gain information from the tracking number provided please do not hesitate to contact us and we will follow it up with Australia Post. LOCAL PICK UP: We allow items to be collected from Allora. We also offer FREE postage to Toowoomba ( You just need to select Local Delivery in the checkout)
REFUND POLICY: WE ARE HAPPY TO REFUND A PURCHASE IF THE ITEM:
(1) IS NOT AS DESCRIBED: (Example) If you are sent the incorrect item or the item is not as described in the listing please contact us immediately to advise of the issue so we can rectify and discuss the options. NOTE: If the packaging has been opened or damaged or any parts inside the packaging are removed or the item soiled a refund will not be applied. If you are sent the incorrect item you will need to return the item in exactly the same condition you received it and the packaging not opened. If it is deemed a refund is warranted we will pay to return the item to us and also assess the item upon return to ensure it is in the same condition you received it before a refund is applied. Not As Described is defined as being (1) A completely different design to the one ordered (2) Different sizing to the one ordered
